Safety Operation Guidelines (Version 1) Published for Pilot Programs
The guidelines define baseline procedures for checks, boarding support, and near-miss recording.
To standardize safety quality in pilot programs, we released Version 1 of our safety operations guideline.
It covers pre-operation checks, user briefing, operation logs, and incident communication flow.
The guideline will be revised continuously with local partners based on field operation results.
